Players receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the game for personal use only.
3. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat
Strictly prohibited:
- Cheating, exploiting, or abusing mechanics
- Bots, scripts, macros, automation, or injected tools
- Client modification or packet manipulation
- External software for advantage
- Multi-account abuse
- Bug exploitation without reporting
Any unfair advantage = violation.
4. Behavior & Community Rules
Not allowed:
- Harassment, threats, intimidation
- Racism, hate speech, discrimination
- Excessive swearing or offensive language
- Spamming or advertising
- Impersonating staff
This is a moderated environment.
5. Enforcement & Bans
The creator and authorized moderators may warn, mute, restrict, suspend, or permanently ban accounts; remove progress, items, access, or privileges; and act immediately without prior notice.
Purchases or support do not grant immunity. Banned accounts are not entitled to refunds.
6. Purchases & Support
Payments are voluntary and support-based. They may grant cosmetic or expressive privileges only. No guarantees, ownership, or protection is implied.
7. Termination
Accounts may be terminated at any time for violations. Upon termination, all licenses are revoked.
8. Disclaimer
The game is provided “as is”. No liability for data loss, downtime, or damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Contributor Agreement
By submitting any code, artwork, ideas, or content to this project: you confirm the work is original or properly licensed,
and you grant Atakan Askin Aydin a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute it.
You retain no ownership of the overall project. No partnership, employment, or co-authorship is created unless a separate written agreement exists.
